Mother's Blessing

Intended to be in lieu or addition to a traditional Baby Shower, the Blessingway Ceremony (or Mother's Blessing) is a time to shift focus from baby to Mom. Joined by your closest female friends & family, we'll hold a sacred space for you during this transitional period

We will pray over you, encourage you, share stories and support you through a variety of interactions during the ceremony as you set your intentions for birth.

Birth
Support

Whether you're a Mama who has no idea where to start with what to expect for birth, one who knows exactly what you want (and don't want), or one who is simply looking for a different experience this time around - I'm here to help. Advocating for you, and offering you continuous mental, emotional & physical support before and during your birth.

Knowing what type of birth you want (or don't want) is the first step to creating your birth plan. I offer an out-of-hospital experience to provide you with interactive education on the 4 stages of labor, comfort measures during labor, golden hour and common newborn care.

Bring your partner & lets prep you to rock your birth!

Hi, I'm Amy!

As a DONA trained Doula, my goal is to make every Mother feel honored, empowered and supported throughout their pregnancy & birth. As a Christian Doula, I believe in physiological birth and the innate wisdom each woman has within her. My goal is to help mothers discover their wisdom and abilities and push them deeper into it to build their confidence in trusting their intuition. I love helping women find their inner strength & take back their birthright by providing evidence and support to create an optimal birthing experience, no matter what that looks like for them.
